PHC: I am a 46 year old lady from the Coast Region of Kenya. I grew up in the village and went to rural schools up to high school (O level). I hold a first degree in journalism and media studies (development communication) and a postgraduate degree in population studies. I have a keen interest in sexual and reproductive health and HIV and AIDS issues. Of particular interest is how cultures and education interplay to increase/decrease disease burden or our choice between healthy and unhealthy lifestyles. Am honing my skills in advocacy for Girlchild Education. Please join me in fundraising for the provision of sanitary towels to girls in primary schools in Kenya.
